L guess the apostle Paul didnt get the ad where the bible says do not add or take away from the word?

Deut. 4:2 refers to the Torah. The rest of the Bible was not canonised into a book at that time. There is another one at the end of Revelation, that refers to the prophesies of that book, which was not even written in Paul's life.
