Why transfer from Cal State Bakersfield to another CSU or private?

Just seeing if anyone has pros or cons on transferring from Cal State Bakersfield to another CSU, like Cal Poly SLO or Pomona, CSULA or Long Beach or private, Caltech or any other suggestions. Currently math major, physics minor. GPA is 3.2. Thanks
