7 DAY DIET!!! REALLY NEED THE RIGHT SUGGSTIONS PLEASE..!! A.S.A.P?

There is no need to follow any kind of specific diet everyday. Just don't eat as much fatty foods like meats and eat a lot of vegetables. Don't stuff yourself full every meal and leave your stomach semi full. Exercise and move around a lot. It will leave you hungry during meal times but, still don't stuff yourself to satisfy your hunger. Don't eat until you're full eat until you feel like you have satisfied your hunger. The most important thing is to exercise a lot like running. If you don't exercise then you will not lose any weight. If you keep doing this you will more than two to three pounds over a week period.
