UK to US sizing for nike T90?

i wanna buy some nike t90 li k-leather indoor turf shoes and the ones i wanna buy are on pro-direct.com and they only have sizes in UK and i know some sizes are different uk to us some are like 1 whole size different bigger or smaller and some are half, does anyone know the difference?
