Write the scene you remember then go from there. In the end you may have something completely different but the only way to write is to START writing! Don't worry if it isn't good or what you wanted, get it down on paper and go from there, then re-write, re-write and edit, edit ,edit. Most likely you will be very happy with the finished product.
