Eddie bauer 3-in-1 car seat FAA approved?

My nephew had a carseat that turned into a stoller, that made it much easier getting around the airport when we were going to Kentucky. His seat was FAA approved, I think a seat would be better for your daughter, there should be a sticker on the side of her carseat that'll tell if it's FAA approved.
