I have no friends is it possible i might got crazy if i spend to much time alone?

Been living in a new state for six months. I almost got in with a group of kids, drank lipor for the first time and things got out of control pretty quick, got black balled, drank patron like a fish not knowing how powerful it was. Havent been able to make any other friends at my comm college since. I work in the stock room at pier 1, my boss is gay and i work with middle aged women. Im 19. Could spending so much time alone make me crazy. What is the quickest way out of comm college. Will things get better if I get in a dorm situtation? These are things i need to know so please no cruel answers.
