Why do some people think the rams should draft a offensive linemen rather then a WR?

i dont understand why some people think the rams should draft a offensive linemen or a quarterback then widereveiver theres not that many good quarterbacks out there besides stafford and he'll be gone so shouldn't the rams draft michael crabtree because they need a reveiver because the loss of holt
