What do you think of this, somewhat religious, joke? *it's clean*?

I've seen a different version where it's a church in Scotland or Ireland or something. I've also seen a similar joke with people going to Hell and making calls back to earth for a lot of money, then Obama called Congress and it was a local call. All pretty funny.
