Vaginismus? I need some help.?

I have tried to have three or four times now, and I can't. I am completely relaxed and I don't know what is wrong with me. I don't have any fears, I'm not nervous about it and it seems all hope is lost. I'm 22 and this is getting ridiculous. I heard about something called Vaginismus and I might have it. It's something about how there are involuntary muscle spasms at the opening of the therefore not allowing . Is there any way to treat vaginismus without seeing a doctor, buying anything or spending any money?
