Christians opposing the mosque near ground zero...?

No, I'm very sure everyone understands Freedom of Religion and accepts that the Muslims do have it. The reason they oppose the mosque is based on ethical issues. The 9/11 attacks created a sensitivity in people towards Islam and Muslims generally, and we can't blame them, of course; But they have to realize they can't think of the the crazy nut-job extremists in the same context of all the other Muslims, including the Sufi one building the mosque.
