I know you can expunge your criminal record, so how do you go about doing that?

I think You have to wait 5 years if you want to erase a criminal charge on someone. My hubby has a felony and has to wait till he completes 5 years on its record in order for him to qualify to erase his felony from his criminal record. Hope this helps.
