My memory card is write protected. Its NOT SD.. its a multimedia card.. how do i remove it?

i really need help with unlocking my mmc. my card doesnt have a pword and it doesnt have that slide on the side thingy to unlock it like in DS.. pls i really need it because my anivirus detected 2 viruses in my memory card that's causing it troubles! but i can't delete it because of that write protected thing.. HELP!
