Making cupcake frosting?

You're in luck!! Cupcakes are the way to go these days. If you are so inclined you can order laser-cut cupcake wrappers from Wilton or Global Sugar Art to accentuate your little goodies. I'd go with a white cupcake, filled with a lemon-cream-cream cheese filling and top with a cream cheese ercream. I usually double the recipe because I like to pipe the frosting on and this uses more. You can purchase great gel colors from Wilton, or Michaels, to get the exact shade you are looking for.
