Is it just me or do you think the same about Latin music?

I am just thinking about the Latin Music here in USA. I think the mainstream Latin music is more ualized and provocative? agree?. I mean I think this type of music becomes more popular than other genders? Like rock en espanol,Latin alternative music, maybe more clical Luis Miguel. Agree? O what do you think?
